Yesterday Brendan’s teachers were so excited to tell me that they would be doing an art project today that they thought I would really like (scary how well they know me…) and they invited me down to watch our little artist at work. They brought in perfectly sized pumpkins, put out some paint, and let the babies go to town. It was adorable, and he loved it. Some of the other kids were a little tentative, but not my baby! He was having such a good time that when he was done with the pumpkin, he started painting the table! So we threw a piece of paper down for him, and he did some more art. By the time he was done, we had one festive pumpkin, three beautiful paintings, a fully covered table, and a very colorful baby. If anyone would like a work of art by Brendan, let me know and I will see what I can do. I do know the artist personally.
