He brought souvenirs, and I think you’ll agree that R2-D2 has never been cuter:
He was extra cute walking around in this little number today.
Daddy also brought me the very best Star Wars Celebration souvenir ever:
That’s right – it has nothing to do with Star Wars. It’s a cute little wallet he found at the airport.
I caught up with R2 and the babies out on a walk around the pond today. One of the last walks he will ever take in the little red buggy. I asked Brendan if he wanted to hold hands, and as I held out my hand, he reached out and held on. He really held on. He stayed in his buggy as I walked along beside him, and those little fingers stayed wrapped around mine for the rest of the walk. Then Miss Sarah asked if anyone had told me about Brendan’s sweetness this morning. Apparently one of the new little girls was lying on her stomach on the mat, and Brendan walked over and started gently patting her on the back.
It’s another day of realizing that somehow there is still room to love him a little bit more each and every day.
